No. It’s fast, frictionless and done on your mobile.
Three simple steps:
1. Spend a few minutes with "Ask William", he explains everything clearly, simply and with clarity, then complete the form below
2. Your chosen Participants receive information about their role and provided they are happy to proceed, complete a few simple details on their phone. We explain everything to them so you just need to let them know we'll be in touch
3. Once everyone has completed their bit, your Lifetime Guardians document is drafted and emailed to everyone for electronic signing. When signed, each person involved receives their own electronic copy, including the school and GP where appropriate
No calls. No appointments. No handwritten forms. No post. No inconvenience - Everyone does it all from their mobile.

After making Estate Planning documents like a Will or LPA most people stick it in a drawer never to be seen or thought of again
but today one thing is certain - change.
People move house, children move up to the next school then become 18 and don't need guardians, family relationships change and exciting times like a newborn all mean the document needs updating otherwise when it's needed your Lifetime Guardians Document may not work they way you want it to if it is out of date.
To fix this problem and to demonstrate our on-going commitment to be there for your family when needed, we include at no cost to you, an on-going Lifetime Guardians Document Care Service and here's what’s included:
✅ Annual or Bi-Annual Check-Ins: We contact you and your participants to confirm or update roles and details
🎂 Automatic “Turns 18” Alerts: When a child becomes an adult, we alert you to update your Lifetime Guardians Document
♻️ Unlimited Free Redrafts and Updates of your Lifetime Guardians Document - Anytime for Any Reason...

Choose Which Applies:
Your Participants are the trusted people who form the support network you would want in place if you were suddenly unable to care for your children. Specifically they are your Guardians, Trusted Persons and Witnesses.
The Important Criteria:
In an emergency, Social Services need clear information about the people you want involved in your children’s care. Without it, social services and the authorities will decide where your children will sleep that night without your wishes, guidance or any idea who you would choose and very importantly WHY.
Lifetime Guardians gives them information which right now they don’t have.
Wherever possible choose Guardians, Trusted Persons and Witnesses who meet these 3 standards:
• known, liked and trusted by both you and your children
• local, ideally within around one hour’s drive
• Very importantly parents of minor children themselves, so they can demonstrate experience and empathy
Give brief reasons for each choice.
The stronger and clearer your support network, the easier it is for the social services and the authorities to understand who you trust, why you chose them and what you would want for your children.
No parent wants strangers making urgent decisions about their child.
Lifetime Guardians:
These are the people you would want to care for your children until you recover and because this document is designed to cover a sudden emergency it is best to have more than one Lifetime Guardian in case one is not available or away:
• Primary Guardians: your first choice, who will act first
• Secondary Guardians: step in if the Primary Guardians are unwilling or unable
• Tertiary Guardians: are an important safety net and if no other Guardian is available
Trusted Persons:
Support your chosen Guardians and help make your wishes clear. They have three important and specific tasks:
1. To help the Guardians with practical day-to-day matters concerning your children.
2. Explain to Social Services the background to why you chose these particular people.
3. Help confirm when you are well enough to resume day-to-day care of your children because as they knew you before your incapacity they have valuable insights.
Three Trusted Persons is ideal where possible.
Witnesses:
Witnesses confirm that you intended your Lifetime Guardians document to take effect if you become unable to care for your children.
As the document is signed electronically, their role provides an extra layer of confirmation if your wishes ever need to be understood or verified by Social Services.
Two Witnesses are required.
